After Doctor Doom was away Avengers: Judgment Day‘s four teaser trailersproperly revealing his costume took longer than expected. Disney has teased what Victor Von Doom’s suit will look like Fantastic Four: Getting Started and promotional materials, but an official look at the full thing in motion is yet to come.

That changes with this footage, as Doom is seen wearing his armor, which is pretty comically accurate. There is even footage of him without the mask, with scars on his face. You can see the official look of the suit below, courtesy of Disney’s CinemaCon presentation.

Besides seeing Doctor Doom, Judgment day The trailer also provides the first opportunity to hear Downey speak as the character. His dialogue confirms that the Oscar-winning actor is using an accent to bring one of Marvel’s greatest villains to life. It is described as sounding deep and British, establishing the MCU version of the Latver accent.

This confirms that Doom will not sound like Tony Stark, even if they are played by the same actor and look similar. The accent should be one of the many ways Downey can separate Doom and Stark.

Thor provides the narration through most of it Judgment day‘s trailer, and the god of thunder makes it clear just how much danger the universe is in thanks to Doom. Thor says he has lost friends and warriors in past battles “enemies that have frightened me far less than this one.”

The MCU has pitted Thor against many of the strongest villains, including Ultron, Thanos, Gorr the Butcher God, and Hela. Still, it sounds like none of them hold a candle to the level of threat that Doom carries. Thor clearly understands the gravity of the situation and takes a commanding role in stopping his newest enemy.

The Fantastic Four joined the MCU across the multiverse with First steps‘ Earth-838 setting, but they come to the main timeline for Judgment day. After seeing The Thing take on M’Baku in the previous teaser, the new trailer officially brings all four members of Marvel’s first family into contact with the Avengers.

They were seen in the newly completed Avengers Tower in the presence of members of the Thunderbolts/New Avengers and Sam Wilson’s Avengers. The Fantastic Four and the Avengers have finally officially crossed paths for the first time. And based on the video, they were able to quickly find a common language and not fight.

One of the most exciting elements The Avengers or an MCU crossover movie sees new pairs of characters interact, especially when it leads to a fight. It happens in Judgment day because Jelena Belova fights against Mystique in this new clip.

Mystique is seen wearing a comically accurate white costume and shorter red hair. But she’s not fighting Jelena in her regular guise. Instead, she transforms herself to look like Jelena, who gives Judgment day an opportunity for Florence Pugh’s character to fight with herself. The New Avengers and the X-Men will apparently be at odds for at least part of the movie.

Shang-Chi & Gambit fight

The X-Men will be fighting more than just the New Avengers. Judgment dayCinemaCon footage confirmed a fight sequence between Shang-Chi and Gambit, teasing a clash between the mutants and Sam Wilson’s Avengers team.

Seeing these two characters battle it out on screen should be pretty spectacular. A little glimpse of it in this video proves to everyone how powerful Gambit is, as his staff stops the attack of Shang-Chi’s ten rings.

Thor and Doctor Doom are the clear main stars of the new one Judgment day trailer, and in the video they are repeatedly shown in opposition. This includes a moment where Thor tries to hit the villain with a Stormbreaker attack. However, Doom stuns the thunder god by stopping the weapon with just one hand.

Stormbreaker is one of the The MCU’s most powerful weapon. After all, he was able to cut through the energy from the Infinity Gauntlet. Doom stopping the ax with ease is a direct indication of how powerful it is. Thor will have to call upon all his might to try and stop him.

3

Steve Rogers has his Infinity War look

Chris Evans’ physical appearance is perhaps one of the most surprising details to come out of the CinemaCon footage. We know he’s been in the movie for a while now, with steve rogers’ Avengers: Judgment Day trailer showing him in his more traditional appearance: shorter hair and a clean-shaven face.

But when he is reunited with Thor in this new guise, Steve has longer hair and a full beardwhich matches his appearance in Avengers: Infinity WarThis seems to be a sign of a time jump that occurs after the previous shot of Steve with his baby. Maybe the movie starts with a flashback to Steve’s life right after that Avengers: Endgamebut more time passed as he traveled to present-day Earth-616.

Steve Rogers is still worthy

Regardless of how many lives Steve has experienced after staying with Peggy Carter, he’s still every bit the true hero we’ve seen before. Judgment day provides proof of this by showing that Steve is still worthy of possessing Mjolnir, as he summons the hammer upon reuniting with Thor.

This is significant not only in terms of showing that Steve could use Thor’s hammer more often doomsday, but also that it is the same person that everyone knows. Instead of him being an evil version of Steve or someone posing as the former Captain America, only the real Steve would be worthy of summoning Mjolnir.

The Judgment day the crew has gone up by one with this new footage, as it proves it Kathryn Newton’s Cassie Lang appears. Ant-Man is shown kissing his daughter’s head, presumably as he prepares to leave her and embark on another dangerous adventure to save the universe.

Cassie was last seen Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumaniabut the recruitment of Kamala Khan’s Young Avengers team has also been confirmed. Now that Cassie is confirmed to be inside Avengers: Judgment Dayit’s unlikely that she’s only in the movie before Ant-Man goes into battle. Perhaps the film will see her and the rest of the Young Avengers fully unite on screen to try and help stop Doctor Doom.
